Introduction
- Implement cooperate HR C&B policy and support to design C&B structure;
- Ensure the payroll process and result accurately and on time.
What are my responsibilities?
1 Operate monthly calculation for attendance, benefits and salary, to ensure the punctuality & accuracy for settlement.
2 Conduct job evaluation, participate C&B survey and handle C&B budget.
3 Analyze attendance status, module salary increase and review benefits scheme, based on the Internal/external data.
4 Calculate the GISS and work out the Productivity KPI reports for customer department.
5 Provide the consulting service to all employees on HR service and C&B.
6 Environment, Health and Security (EHS) related tasks
- Handle business injury based on national and local related laws and regulation;
- Support EHS team in terms of accident investigation, implementation of corrective and preventive actions and so on;
- Seriously implement position operational rules and ensure security based on national and local EHS related laws and regulations, Siemens headquarters and SEDL’ procedures.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree major in Human Resource or related education; - Have the following characteristics : Obliging, nice ,Trustworthy , responsible and open behavior.
- 5 years of working experience in compensation and benefits;3 years of working experience in foreign-owned companies or colleagues
- Experience in HR software implementation is prefered;Be familiar with SAP.
- Skillful software practice on excel, word, access, powerpoint etc
- English communication skill on verbal and written
- Labor law, labor contract law, individual income taxation regulation, and other C&B regulations
- Be familiar with applicable safety, health and environmental law and requirements
