Location: Beijing & Shanghai

Reporting line: Project Director

Responsibility:

？ Develop customers relations in given regions

？ Provide necessary support and information on project business to the management

？ Support and coordinate with team member for project development

？ Develop and maintain relations with project subcontractor in the region

？ Work together and closely with DHL network in order to assist in securing global contract from target customers

？ Learn and satisfy customers’ requirements in efforts

？ Deal with customers complaints on site

？ Give efficient support to Project Director on customer expectation

？ Review and give suggestion to SOP

？ Check and carry out monitor transport proposal and quality inspection plan

？ Check and minimize extra charges

？ Prepare customer/statistical monthly report if necessary

？ Share experience among team members

？ Maintain whole team in effective and efficient working

Qualification:

？ Bachelor degree or above

？ 8+ years of working experience in Project Industry

？ Proactive, creative, able to work under pressure

？ Good Chinese and workable English skills both in written and verbal
