职责描述：
1、支持各类销售活动，向客户讲解公司的产品和技术方案，分析与理解客户需求,根据客户需求制订相应的技术实现方案；
2、负责项目售前全生命周期的管理，使项目售前方案及技术服务满足项目各阶段的进度、质量和目标要求；
3、负责新技术、新产品、新项目的技术跟踪，针对竞争对手的解决方案及产品定期进行资料汇总与分析，结合公司产品、技术优势进行比较分析；
4、负责组织编写投标文档、项目方案书、行业技术文档等；
5、完成上级临时交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
1、本科学历，计算机类、通信类相关专业；
2、3年以上售前支持经验，对专线、MPLS VPN 和SDN以及云计算行业有深刻理解，对行业的技术发展趋势有敏锐的洞察能力；
3、具有网络技术工作经历，对网络中的常用技术有深刻的理解；
4、熟悉售前工作流程，探知用户需求，优秀的客户服务意识；
5、较强的解决方案文档写作能力，较强的沟通表达能力和售前讲解能力，思维敏捷，能灵活应变；
6、较强的团队协作精神和学习能力，能够承受一定工作压力。
