Essential Responsibilities

- Order processing, including customer check, PO check, contract signing, order entry & book in

SAP, RMA handling, etc.

- Coordinate with global supplier chain to know the order status and have the customer well informed

- Backlog review and payment chasing

- Prepare the reports to management team and sales

- Deal with customer complain, routing the issues to proper support individuals or teams

- Follow up with customer/sales to update/resolve issues timely

- Assist finance with collections/invoicing issues

- Be responsible for filing of all documents related to order processing, including PO, contract,

EUU,quotation and any other supporting documents

- Assist on process/system improvement projects

- Other tasks assigned by the team leader

Qualifications/Requirements

- Bachelor' s Degree with minimum 2 years Customer Service/Supply Chain/Trading experiences

- Positive thinker, fast learner, accurate, conscientious, energetic, continuous improver

- Proactive and clear thinker, open minded, excellent time-management, process and project

management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team

- Familiar with ERP system such as SAP or Oracle is an asset

- Fluent in English and Mandarin in both written and spoken

- Strong PC skills, proficient in MS-Office, especially in Excel
