ABB Motors and Generators deliver a complete range of motors, generators and mechanical power transmission products for all industries and applications. We provide the highest quality and service to our customers all around the world, with a focus on helping to use energy more efficiently.

This is Buyer role, reporting to Planning and Fulfillment Manager in Business Area Motion, Motors and Generators.

- Making and following-up purchasing order according to PR and ensuring materials on-time delivery.
- Coordinating suppliers and related departments to solve defective parts problem timely for keeping the production line running.
- Supporting sourcing team to co-operate with suppliers to improve purchasing, logistics and down material cost.
- Analyzing material shortage status and taking corrective action for production needs.
- Involving in supplier’s performance assessment and handling Engineering Change Request/Engineering Change Notice.
- Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

- A bachelor’s degree or similar in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation.
- Must have knowledge in Ms Office, SAP or other ERP-systems.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
- Must possess high level of sense of urgency, good command and communication skills and be able to work under pressure.
