职位描述

STATUTORY REPORTING

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts, mainly including the controlling and consolidation, file monthly report to China Division

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

- Prepare the monthly financial analysis to have a detail review of financial performance

PLANNING & BUDGETING

- Prepare annual Budget or quarterly forecast

TAX

-Support the preparation of tax returns in PRC.

-Support the liaison with PRC tax authorities on queries and engage with tax consultants to obtain tax advices as necessary

CONTROL ENVIRONMENT

-Follow up internal control environment with consideration of efficiency and risks

-Assist in coordinating external audit

Qualifications:
-A minimum 5 years professional experience with a multi-national corporation in a managerial capacity
-Understanding of financial and accounting principles, local taxation rules as well as auditing and internal controls
-excellent computer software skills – with expert knowledge of ERP, Microsoft(including Word, Excel and PPT)
-Good interpersonal skills & an ability to work effectively with all levels of staff (including senior management) and external government bureau
-A questioning and investigative nature, combined with the qualities of being structured & methodical in approach
-Good command of English both oral and written
