The Publication Manager works as the functional expert and the primary liaison for activities which is related to publications to ensure overall quality of medical publications. The person identifies opportunities and explores innovative approaches to co-create value with customer through medical publication, scientific cutting-edge information, pro-active scientific information, etc.
?Develop and execute annual publication plan aligned with medical affairs plan for prioritized TAs.
?Proactively provide input in medical strategy in terms of publication perspective.
?Understand and strictly comply with ICMJE publication practice guidelines and BeiGene publication policy.
?Pursue effectiveness and innovation via close cross-functional cooperation with internal customer/stakeholders.
?Provide external and internal customer with valuable inputs and guidance in medical publication.
?Collaborate with cross-team to run and manage medical writing/publication related program to meet customer needs and medical strategy.
?Proactively engage in issue identification, resolution and ensure appropriate escalation.
?Select and manage external publication agencies to develop timelines and manage the process for developing, reviewing, approving and submitting publications.
职位要求：
?Master degree or above in clinical medicine, pharmacy, life science or equivalent experience.
?≥3 years working experience in the pharmaceutical industry, biomedical research, publication industry or others related.
?Experience related to medical publication, medical writing, clinical development or medical affairs is needed.
?Experience in managing publication agencies or project management is preferred.
?Good at cooperating with cross-functions and self-motivated.
?Strategic and analytical thinking. Proactive planning and result oriented.
?Proficiency in both spoken and written English
