Responsibilities:

1)    Lead to set out master production schedule, smooth production and material supply, eliminate the production exceptional event continuously.

2)    Make the monthly/weekly/daily production plan to meet customer daily requirement, and align with golf club shaft production schedule.

3)    Make new project sample building according to new product launch schedule provided by R&D/Marketing/Commercial department

4)    Weekly review with production, process engineering and planning department for line capacity, subcontract and production plans completion.

5)    Coordinate with raw materials buyers for smooth supplying based on weekly/monthly production schedule.

6)    Daily Backlog monitor, and communication with CS and production department to make sure 100% OTD in terms of customer’s order requirements.

7)    Monitor & study safety stock level to improve performance in finished goods/semi-finished products/raw materials inventory.

8)    Level the production plan to try to optimize the Company resources in SCM Department

9)    Timely adjust production plan under any emergency situation

10)  Other supportive and ad-hoc issues/projects

Requirements:

1）   Ability to effectively work cross functionally and good communication skill.

2）   Strong knowledge of demand and production planning process, SNP knowledge will be a plus

3）   Good command of supply chain planning process from long-term to short-term planning

4）   Strong statistics and analytical skills, data sensitive.

5）   Be familiar with pull production mode.

6）   Be familiar with SAP system in logistics and production module

7）   Good oral and written Japanese and English skills

8）   BA/BS is required, preferably in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Statistics etc.

9）   Minimum of 8 years of Supply Chain, +5 years Production Planning experience preferred
