Manager – Network Operation & Technology Partner Delivery Team  

Job Description:

Partner Delivery Team is responsible for delivering an operationally secure and commercially robust payments network that underpins every payment by EC partners in EC network. Job Responsibilities: The manager, Network Operation & Technology Partner Delivery Team, is to provide consultancy on card processes and systems, ensuring EC partners adhere to EC policies and technical specifications, and support projects to implement new partners and new products on the EC network. He or she will support working with Network Issuer and Acquirer Partners in China.

The team’s primary focus is on enabling growth through new network partner implementations, providing project management and technical consultancy to partners and deployment of new products/capabilities. 

That includes: 

- Lead project of new partner implementations and new product implementations, following project management principles and EC certification, testing and post implementation processes

- New deal consultancy and implementation for new partners 

- Deploying new products and network capabilities to network partners 

- Managing program and project delivery for partners (network and partner driven platform changes, certifications, policy mandates) 

- Technical account management and production issue escalation

The Manager is responsible for: 

- Support on new deal engagement, including workshop and requirement discussion.

- End-to-end project management to certificate and implement the partner on EC network

- Ongoing relationship management with Network Partners in China on technical capabilities, platforms and infrastructure 

- Responsible for project delivery of projects including New Network Deal Implementation, Capability/ Product Deployment for network partners and mandatory certification of partner systems  

- Work as escalation level of level 3 support to partner production issue 

- Support on creation and maintenance of processes in Partner Delivery

This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Qualification:

？ Detailed knowledge of payments network, underlying platforms and infrastructure, issuer and acquirer technical and operational processes  

？ Subject matter expertise in implementation of commercial relationships, new products and platforms 

？ Strong collaboration and communication Skills 

？ Ability to develop and leverage partnerships (internal and external) 

？ Strong Influence Management skills 

？ History of strong results delivery 

？ Strong Leadership skills under multi-tasks environment.  

？ Strong project management skills
