Following the continious growth of our activity, we are now looking for a Business Analyst for our purchasing activity in Asia.

Job description:

Under the management of China Finance Director, he/she is responsible for the animation of Asia offices performance and productivity.

The Business Analyst has 4 main missions:

1. Ensure the reliability of financial data used in the different dashboards
2. Build controlling tools, propose improvements on the existing dashboards and make sure of their implementation
3. Publish information, ensure an easy use and analysis of information by making a clear, understandable and relevant presentation of information
4. Prepare and animate files: prepare and format all information needed to present specific topic, measure the results of the file

Requirement for successful applicant

ü Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position (preferably in manufacturing group, production service center…)

ü Mastering Power BI

ü Excellent Excel, PPT skills

ü Excellent analysis skills

ü Excellent communication and cooperation are necessary

ü Very good level of English and Chinese (French is a plus)
