To maximize branch's profitability by driving business and cross selling other group member's products and services
To build an efficient sub-branch network and operation with high service standards and well-trained staff
To contribute to the development of a leading market position through maintaining good local relations with customers, the regulators and government authorities
To act as the spokesperson locally and contribute to the enhancement of the brand name
To maintain high internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring
To safeguard the Bank from potential losses due to bad debts, non-compliance with local regulations / procedures


Bachelor degree(recognized by the state) or above
Minimum ten years of commercial banking experience, with minimum five years at managerial level and minimum two years in credit/lending related positions
In-depth understanding of general banking business and practice, local market knowledge preferred
Sound knowledge of compliance regulations and risk management
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Mandarin
Experience in driving Greater China business referrals an advantage
