Main Responsibility Areas

Recruiting Excellence

- Work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBP, to bring right talents to right position in time; Continuously improve recruiting process via effective communication and feedback collection with business, HRBP.

- Optimize recruiting channels aiming to expand talent pool aiming to address short-term and long-term needs.

- Keep abreast of the talent market changes and recommend necessary actions to maintain competitiveness and attraction to candidates.

Recruiting Operations & Reporting

- Agency management inc. but not limited to performance review, selection & renewal proposal, educate agency for consistent employer image.

- Provide timely and accurate recruiting report and analysis, inc. channel evaluation, cost allocation, etc.

- Recruiting operation support inc. vendor payment handling, recruiting formalities standardization, etc.

Recruiting Projects

- Wechat recruiting platform support via active observation and discovery employee story to increase influence and conversion rate.

- Build employer branding and enhance candidate experience in campus projects, job fair, store open day, etc.

- Apart from regular corporate and retail recruiting support, lead contractor, outsourcing and intern recruiting via effective solution and tools.

Needed Competencies

- 5+ years full cycle talent acquisition experience with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment;

- Strong talent sourcing skills, critical thinking, and negotiation skills;

- Business acumen and quick learner;

- Take ownership, hands-on and agility;

- Good command of written and oral English;
