Key Responsibilities and Duties:

    

• Book FA / CAPEX and initiate payment instruction base on SP/biz control approval
• Responsible for amortization expense / FA & depreciation
• Prepay and accrue expense
• Work with other departments for accrual
• Prepare and review monthly schedule
• Assist bad debt provision if need
• Work with Capri risk management and external insurance broker (review insurance coverage/ insurance policy renewal etc.)
• Manager SOX for B/S & FA
• Prepare depreciation for the budget and forecast
• Assist annual audit

                                        

    

    

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

    

• Bachelor degree or above
• 6-7 years accounting experience, preferably in retail industry.
• Positive work attitude, steadfast and willing to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, able to work independently.
• Advanced verbal communication and presentation skills in English
