Finance Analyst（2-year contractor）

Main Responsibility Areas

A. Assist to prepare weekly, monthly financial reports and review deck per global and group requirement

B. Prepare budget, forecast and strategic business planning report for senior management review.

C. Input budget and forecast result to SAP/Hyperion

D. Set up standard template per stakeholder’s request

E. Support FM to streamline current reporting workflow and improve the reporting quality and efficiency

F. Master Data Management – Profit center, cost center, Internal Order, Allocation Cycle etc. set up in system

G. Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects as required.

Role Specific Competencies

1. Good at Excel, PPT is a MUST

2. Familiar with SAP/BI or BW is a MUST

3. Retail or FMCG industry is preferred.

4. Quick learner, able to work under high pressure and fast pace, respect work schedule and deliver work on timely manner

5. Have good business sense.

6. Strong analytical skills

7. Good teamwork player

8. Bachelor’s degrees or above in Finance or Accounting

9. 5 years above work experience in FP&A, Finance Controlling field in MNC.
