Key duties and responsibilities:   ? Entering orders, creating delivery slips and invoicing in SAP, ensure data accuracy and productivity level ? Checking contract terms and related documents; L/C document preparation ? On time follow-up with customers; Coordinate with customer and sales team for order status, payment, delivery, invoice / shipping docs to ensure the order proceed smoothly ? Communicate with warehouse for correct shipment, trace the goods to ensure on time and safety arrival  ? Fulfill order-related compliance and internal control requirements;Handle return shipment from customers ? Work out order status report and provide to customers and sales team ;other routine reports; documentation & filing ?Improve order processing execution and efficiency to achieve operational excellence ? Communicate closely with various departments to smooth the order process ? Others customer service relative job   Quality System Duties and Responsibilities: Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. 

Knowledge/Skills/Experience: Each organization shall have sufficient personnel with the necessary education, background, training, and experience to assure that all activities required by this part are correctly performed and shall establish procedures for identifying training needs and ensure that all personnel are trained to adequately perform their assigned responsibilities. Training shall be documented.   ?      bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, trade or similar ?            Minimum 4-5 years related experience in order processing or supply chain, medical industry background is preferred ?      Fluent English communication both in verbal and written ?           Good IT skills( MS OFFICE& ERP exposure) aimed at using these tools to collate, analyze and present insights, SAP skill priority
