IT用户技术支持 (contractor)

工作概要:  为美敦力创新中心提供IT相关技术支持

主要工作职责:

·         100%的时间在培训中心提供现场支持,能在周末灵活的根据需要提供支持(可调休)

·         解决用户桌面技术问题,包括培训中心的IT/***设备和系统问题

·         根据业务需求提供培训工具和方案建议

·         在培训前与外部***供应商提供IT/***设备测试,确保培训顺利进行

·         联系外部供应商解决IT/***相关问题,并跟踪问题直至解决

·         协助直线经理管理培训中心相关供应商

·         学习新买和已有软件、设备、系统使用方法

·         开发、改进现有的流程、培训资料、知识库、报表和操作文档

·         根据美敦力信息保护相关政策和流程,以及***实践,保护美敦力的系统及数据。

教育程度

·         大学本科或同等学历工作经验

·         计算机信息技术相关专业或至少3年相关工作经验

工作经验要求

·         良好的英语阅读和书写能力

·         工作环境的软硬件使用经验

·         对以下程序有基本的了解和支持经验: Window10, Office365, VPN, Active Directory ,Video Conferencing , Service Now

·         视频会议支持,视频会议转播有一定支持和了解

·         具有很好的沟通和人际关系能力

·         分析解决问题能力

·         多任务处理能力



Technical User Support Analyst (MIC IT Contractor)


JOB SUMMARY:  Resolve client technical issues to return the client to productivity as quickly as possible; adhere to signed service level agreements with Business Units.  


MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:  

·         100% onsite support in training center, has flexibilities to work over time during weekend

·         Resolve client technical issues including desktop, training center IT/*** device and system

·         Recommend training tools and solutions based on business requirement

·         Work with external *** vendor to provide *** device/system testing and preparation prior to training

·         Escalate *** issue to vendor and follow up till issue get resolved

·         Assist line manager to manage related vendor

·         Recommend current supported software applications and hardware appropriate to best meet client requirements

·         Acquire and maintain knowledge on newly purchased and existing supported desktop software, hardware, and systems

·         Work on tasks to develop and/or address process improvements, training, knowledge transfer, reports, and documentation

·         Ensure that Medtronic's systems and the information on them are protected in accordance with Medtronic's Information Protection Policies and Standards, as well as best Information Protection practices


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION REQUIRED

·         Bachelor's degree OR education equal to a 4 year degree

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

·         Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting desktop computers in Helpdesk and/or Desktop tiered environment.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

·         English reading is required

·         Skilled in personal computer hardware and software in a business environment.

·         Experience with three or more of the following: Windows 10, Office365, remote management tools, active directory administration, virtual private network (VPN), Service Now, networking (TCP/IP)

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Analytical problem solving skills

·         Ability to handle multiple tasks

·         Self-learning, interested in new technology
