职位名称:耐火材料研发工程师；

职责:

1. 参与新产品开发项目，提高产品性能;

2. 开展支持新产品开发项目的实验;

3. 开展实验，提高对产品和工艺的基本认识;

4. 参与材料表征的技术活动;

5. 为市场/销售/供应链/工厂提供支持;

6. 识别和实施研发测试、流程和设备的改进，以提供更安全的工作环境和更高质量的研发结果;

7. 与内部同事和外部专家合作，跟踪文献、会议和贸易展览中的技术进步;

8. 维护实验室和工厂的安全标准;

9. 为市场和销售提供技术/工程支持，对旧砖进行检测以确定损毁原因。

2资格:

1. 材料科学/陶瓷/冶金或相关专业硕士或以上学历，材料科学研发经验3年以上本科学历;

2. 具有应用材料科学和高温结构应用工程方面的丰富知识。以及以下学科：

1) 陶瓷加工

2) 非氧化物(氮化物或碳化物)陶瓷

3) 先进耐火材料

4) 复合材料的力学或加工

5) 连铸工艺

6) 具有深厚的钢铁行业知识

7) 具有等静压耐材产品知识者优先。

3. 应聘者必须具有良好的中英文书面和口头表达能力;

Title: Technical Associate

Location: Dalian

Industry: Refractories

Report to: R&D China

Products: ISO product.

I. Responsibilities:

1. Participate new product development projects for improved product performance;

2. Carry out experiments in support of new product development projects;

3. Carry out experiments to increase fundamental understanding of products and processes;

4. Participate the technical activities of the material characterization;

5. Provide support to marketing/sales/SCM/plants;

6. Identify and implement improvements in R&D tests, processes and equipment to yield a safer working environment and better quality R&D results;

7. Collaborate with internal colleagues and external scientists and follows technology advances in literature, conferences and trade shows;

8. Maintain the H&S standards required in the laboratory and plants;

9. Technical/engineering supports for marketing and sales, postmortem investigation of used bricks to determine the wear reason.

II. Qualifications:

1. Master’s or above in Material Science/Ceramic/Metallurgy or related field or bachelor's degree in those field if experience in materials science R&D exceeds 3 years;

2. Significant knowledge of applied materials science and engineering for high temperature structural applications is required. Knowledge in the following subject areas is very desirable as well:

1. Ceramic processing

2. Non-Oxide (nitride or carbide) ceramics

3. Technical/advanced ceramics

4. Mechanics or processing of composite materials

5. Flow-control process

6. Deep knowledge in Steel industry

7. Knowledge on Isostatic products would be an advantage.

1. The candidate must have excellent English and Chinese in both written and oral forms;

2. Open and flexible minded, initiative, efficiency.

III. Skills & Behavior:

1. The candidate must be self-motivated and also be able to perform as a member of a team;

2. The candidate must have good attention to details; Excellent in Microsoft Office
