JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Responsible for the design and implementation of front-end(synthesis, formal verification).

or back-end(APR, STA, PV, etc.) ASIC flow which covers from logical design to physical implementation.

2. Responsible to setup work flow for circuit designer, such as mix-signal simulation, IR drop analysis, ERC, etc.

3. Responsible for library release, database management and quality check of library files.

4. Responsible for the research of Design Methodology to improve automation and productivity.

5. Work closely with design team for projects’ Tapeout.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

1. Major in EE, CS or related, Master Degree with 3+ years or Bachelor with 5+ years working experiences.

2. Good programming skill with one or more languages (Shell, tcl, perl , python, etc) in linux and a strong desire to automate flow.

3. Experience in IC design (custom/digital design, Front-end or Back-end,).

4. Familiar with one or more ASIC flows (logic synthesis, APR, STA, formality check ) and usage of related EDA tools.

5. Good written and spoken English.

6. Good communication skills and be able to work both independently and in a team.
