7. Cost saving and 2nd source evaluation.

8. New Technology transfer and capacity ramp up.

9. Equipment function qualification to support new tool model.

10. Capacity optimization.

11. Personnel job performance review and improvement."

任职资格:

"1. Bachelor or Master in engineering related field.

2. At least 10 years (Bachelor) or >6 years (MS) seniority of high volume production experiences in advanced Thin Film equipment, min 3 years Fab Manufacturing/ Engineering managerial experienced is preferred.
