工作职责:

？ WAT level 存储器器件电学性能分析， WAT产品程式的建立、测试问题的分析和解决。

？ 3D NAND存储器件技术研发， 存储器件的单元级测试表征技术研发。

？ 熟悉半导体WAT单元级测试, 从事过WAT 测试程式的开发和测试问题的分析和解决等。

？ 熟悉存储器或CMOS器件物理，具有器件级电学性能分析或良率优化的经验。

？ WAT level memory device electrical performance analysis, WAT product program setup, and testing problem analysis.

？ 3D NAND device technology development and cell-level device testing and characterization technology development.

？ Familiar with semiconductor WAT cell-level testing, engaged in the development of WAT test programs and the analysis and resolution of test problems, etc.

？ Familiar with memory or CMOS device physics, with experience in device-level electrical performance analysis or yield optimization.

任职资格:

？ 学历：本科及以上

？ 工作年限：2年以上半导体器件或WAT相关工作经验

？ 熟悉半导体工艺和器件技术，具有相关技术研发工作经验优先

？ 拥有工艺开发方面的核心竞争力

？ 优秀的计划力和执行力，领导能力，组织协调能力

？ Bachelor degree or above.

？ Working experience: at least 2 years of wat related work experience.

？ Familiar with semiconductor process and device technology is preferred.
