工作职责:

？ 负责ATE 测试机台的测试程序开发、调试优化

？ 能对特定测试相关问题进行DOE验证

？ 负责运用ATE机台完成晶圆级的半导体存储器测试

？ 负责已有测试程序的维护以及修改工作, 测试程序的验证

？ Responsible for the test program development, debugging and optimization of the ATE test machine

？ Able to perform DOE verification on specific test related issues

？ Responsible for ATE machines to complete wafer-level semiconductor memory testing

？ Responsible for the maintenance and modification of existing test procedures, and the verification of test procedures

任职资格:

？ 学历：本科及以上

？ 工作年限：3年以上ATE测试程序开发工作经验, 具有存储器相关工作经验优先

？ 具有存储器相关工作经验优先

？ 熟练掌握C/C++语言, 熟悉测试数据处理等

？ 良好的沟通能力、优秀的良好的英语口语和书面写作能力

扎实的专业知识

独立的思考能力和分析总结能力

？ Bachelor degree or above

？ Working experience: more than 3 years of working experience in ATE test program development, memory-related working experience is preferred

？ Working experience related to memory device is preferred

？ Familiar with C/C++ language, familiar with test data processing, etc.

？ Good communication skills, strong leadership qualities

？ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

？ Solid technical expertise in electrical components working principle and mechanism

？ Think and operate independently, while simultaneously focusing on many diverse priorities
