职位描述
工作职责
1. 按日、周、月、年度制作并更新数据报表及PPT，追求数据的准确性。
2. 进行专项数据分析，含销售，促销，毛利，库存，客流，顾客购买行为等，并从中发现机会点，提出改进意见。
3. 操作相关数据系统，与IT部门沟通基础业务数据结构的规划。
4. 对自有品牌部门的数据分析支持工作，及时反馈各品牌的日常数据，通过数据分析，找出生意的关键点。
5. 协助上司根据不同业务需求、部门定制的预算计划，将部门总预算拆分至各个层级，并制定相应的预算计划。
6. 协助部门经理处理日常工作，与其他部门保持紧密联系及工作配合。
任职条件
1. 熟练使用office软件，特别是PPT和Excel，熟知常用函数，数据透视表。
2. 会使用SQL、VBA基础功能，具备一定的数据库基础。
3. 有企业级系统平台操作经验，并有数据分析、数据导入导出、整理及错误处理能力。
4. 有较好的沟通协调能力，工作积极主动，乐于学习。
5. 优秀应届毕业生也可以考虑，数学，统计相关专业优先。
