Manage EE team in China region, and be responsible for all of electronics related issues:

1. Responsible for EE team management, including team capability improvement, training, coaching, Objective and KPI management, budget management; also as a bridge between top management/Global management and local team.

2. To set up/optimize process of electronics product design and application, then supervise the process could be implemented smoothly by the team;

3. To guide the team to research and design new products, new concept in advance than the marketing, and coach team to do products application during daily working. Support EE team to ensure the smooth whole life cycle of the product.

4. Manage system team, design team (SW+MBD+HW), testing, motor team, etc., within Electronic section. Be family with A.SPICE and Functional Safety;

5. Guide team to perform software design/Hardware design/Testing/Validation…, meanwhile to ensure all of the developing process fulfills A.SPICE and ISO26262.

6. Coordinating the resources and handle the conflictions between departments, between global companies and group for electronics related.

7. To guide team for customer communication and negotiation to supporting BD to chaise new projects, leading team to support project team to successfully deliver products on time to OEM.

8. To guide team to manage suppliers globally as we take global purchasing strategy. Leading the process of supplier technical management, design review, project management, etc.

9. And co-work with SQD and Purchasing to negotiate with suppliers and manage suppliers.

10. Audit supplier for design, manufacturing.

11. Plan workshop with key customers.

Specific Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above
• More than 5 years’ hands on working experience
• With experience of team management
• Familiar with A.SPICE and Functional safety
• Logic thinking;
• Detail Oriented;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all level of organization;
• Good command of English.
