Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting commercial procurement by completing logistics functions related to the chemical export business.

Major responsibilities:

· IPO Converting in internal order management system (IKEM)

· Cost Calculation (BNA Only)

· Price List for GSO Product Managers (BNA Only)

· CIF/FOB Tracking Report weekly updates

· Other activities to be identified / assigned by management

Job Requirement/Specification:

Education : Bachelor degree in logistics, English, chemistry, business administration or other relevant

Experience : 1-2 years+ related experience, chemical background is a plus

· Strong work ethic

· Solution oriented

· Import/export operational experience is preferred

· Possess excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines

· Ability to quickly identify a problem, analyze facts and processes, and determine an effective solution

· Ability to work across disciplines (Sourcing, Procurement, logistics, Customer Service, Finance)

· Ability to read, write and speak the English language

· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills – diplomatic yet persuasive

· Possess a high level of skill with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

· Ability to apply best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
