1、系统预订及信息传递 

1)会议沟通与协调：包括但不限于每次例会中传递与协调各场次会议的客户需求，指导会服前期准备 

2）会议准备工作检查与支持 根据检查清单协助会服主管检查每日的会议准备， 确保各场次客户具体要求的逐一落实。包括但不限于：前台、会服、***、IT等 协助会议组织者及中心其他部门进行会议现场协调，配合并协调资源解决活动中出现的突发需求与事件 

3)协助安排活动的参观、拍照、茶歇及午餐及其他需求

 

2、会议数据分析与报告 

1)根据会议情况进行系统数据的分析与报告包括：系统预定有效性、会议室使用率、内外部使用情况分析、支持 

2)做好每个会议的总结工作：包括文件资料(DATA REPORT)、费用结算 

3)客户满意度调查与评估 

4)会议资料的管理 

3、会务服务管理 

1)负责监督指导会前、会中、会后的准备及完成情况。活动较多时，需配合其他服务人员完成准备工作。 

2)负责检查及定时巡视活动现场的茶点供应情况，需要时通知后台及时补充。 

3)负责定期查看会议室及公共区域的各种办公及会议支持耗材的使用情况，并通知前台购买补充 

4)收集客户对会议服务的反馈意见，及时与主管沟通 

4、物品采购及管理 

1)根据每月库存及活动需求，采购茶点、水果等相应食品，并做好库存清单的登记管理 

2)对于茶水间内的设备设施，楼内饮水机，固定器皿等相关物品，制订定期保养计划，保证正常使用 

3)监督食品的卫生安全与质量 

5、其他职责

1)完成上级分配的其他任务

任职要求： 

1、熟练使用Office办公软件，能使用基本的英文读写邮件及处理日常工作 

2、工作认真，积极主动，具有良好的团队协作精神； 

3、性格开朗，具有良好的沟通协调能力，能够适应忙碌的工作； 

4、服务意识强；
