Tasks:

• Leverage multiples sources of information and harnesses multiple approaches or methodologies to optimize research outcomes by using both secondary and primary research.
• Use advanced analytical approaches and shortcuts to structure and analyse IQVIA data
• Deal with client data queries with good accuracy level and robust evidence support
• Lead and guide local fieldwork team to ensure smooth execution and completion of primary research task
• Participate in client data report deign and delivery with good quality and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience research position or data product related function.
• Good command of written and oral English
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry, with deep understanding of customers’ data/info. needs
• Familiarity with IMS data products a plus but not a requirement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team including sales & marketing, IO (data supplier, stats, production, etc.), finance & legal, etc; and global functional team.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.

• Be able to work under pressure and urgency
• Excellent analytical capability with master of advanced tools will be a plus
