The Digital marketing operation manager have the opportunity
to lead the digital marketing planning process, responsible to drive the
implementation of and adherence to the digital marketing processes and
reporting on digital marketing effectiveness, ensuring all parties are informed
and kept up to data on activity, process and performance.    

• Drive Digital marketing excellence and
  performance by support supervisor to ensure ways of working and operations are
  efficient and measured, leveraging specific marketing performance data;

• Develop digital marketing measurements to ensure
  digital project/campaigns’ performance;

• Work with digital BP to implement digital
  marketing for customer close loop management;

• Own a test and learn plan to show value add of
  initiatives against segment and audience persona, tracking digital marketing
  KPIs;

• Consolidate all digital marketing communications
  to make sure synergy of resources and maximize the value of different digital
  projects;

• Support digital marketing capability build up.

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree, MBA or other related graduate-level
  is a plus

• Minimum 5 years MNC pharma/biotech\ consulting \
  FMCG\ Agency related industry experience

• Minimum 2 years working experience in digital
  operation / project management;

• Good knowledge and 3 years of experiences
  managing eMarketing programs;

• Previous experience working with/managing
  activities of multiple vendors at the same time; strong agency negotiation
  skills and project management skills

• Proven track record in working with others.

• Strong customer orientation and focus

• Outstanding communication and presentation
  skills

• CRM / E-Commerce experience is a plus

• Technical experience is a plus
