Set up data management platform to improve data processing efficiency and data quality. 

Lead to improve the capability of master data management.

?    Overall planning of the company's master data management platform. Design and implement internal data process improvements: automating processes, optimizing data   maintenance efficiency.

?    Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management. 

?    Optimization of text classification, semantic understanding, machine translation and information extraction using machine learning and NLP techniques. 

?    Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to monitor operational efficiency, data quality and other key business performance metrics. 

?    Work with stakeholders including the DSC Teams, IT Vendors, PD Teams, and Leadership teams to assist with master data-related technical issues and support their data needs.

职位要求：

?    Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, script coding (stored procedures, function, trigger), database tuning.

?    Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, etc. 

?    Familiar with the basic concepts of Machine Learning, especially the NLP in deep learning. 

?    Familiar with Tensor Flow/ PyTorch framework. Leverage new technology to improve the data processing process continuously.

?    Familiar with AWS cloud deployment and CI/CD process in software engineering.

?    Strong project management and organizational skills. 

?    Good logical thinking ability, can quickly locate and solve problems, have good coding habits.

?    Bachelor’s degree or above.

?    At least two years working experience, related work experience is preferred.
