1. Responsible for antibody generation for antibody discovery projects:
a. Support internal discovery portfolio and early discovery projects.
b. Support diagnostic Ab and ADA antibody discovery for early development projects.
c. Support antibody discovery for multi-specific antibodies.
d. Support the implementation of new platform technologies to improve capability of antibody discovery and engineering.
2. Lab activities and documentation:
a. Participate in experiment design and execution under supervisor’s
arrangement.
b. Understand and be responsible for the proper use and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
c. Maintain up-to-date laboratory notebook that records experimental methods, materials and results.
d. Keep supervisor and project team informed on current status of work.
e. Prepare presentations to show work being conducted on project or group meetings.
f. Training other laboratory personnel on experimental SOP.
任职要求：
- Education / Professional qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree on medical, pharmacy, pharmacology, biochemistry or chemistry
is required. Master’s degree is plus.
? ＞1-year working experiences in pharmaceutical / biotech company is plus.
- Technical skills requirements
? Knowledge of cell biology and molecular biology is required.
? Experience of designing and executing immunological methods such as ELISA, FACS, Western, ForteBio Octet and cell-based assays is preferred.
? Knowledge of antibody properties and sequences is plus.
? Experience of mammalian cell culture, cell transfection, and protein expression is plus.
? Project management skill is plus.
- Others
? Good communication skills and team player.
? Good verbal and written skills in English are plus.
? Skills on MS Office software, and scientific software e.g. GraphPad Prism.

Company Overview
Harbour BioMed is a global biotechnology company discovering and developing innovative therapeutics for cancer with a focus on immuno-oncology and autoimmunity/inflammation. The company's discovery and development programs are centered around its two patented transgenic mouse platforms for human antibody discovery.
