DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES：

1.     In vitro immunology assay including primary immune cell isolation and culture, immune cells activation and polarization, cell proliferation and cytokine detection.

2.     Screen and characterize antibodies for binding and functional activity using ELISA, FACS, biochemical and cell-based assays.

3.     Maintain, expand and cryopreserve cell lines.

4.     Document the procedures and experimental data analysis, write and present work report.

5.     Support the project transition from pre-clinical to clinical research stage with cooperation with external and internal partners.

6.     Other affairs assigned by the line manager and department head.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS：

1.     MS in immunology, oncology, cell biology or relevant areas with >2 years of experience in immunology or immune-oncology research in an industry setting.

2.     Experience in conducting in vitro / ex vivo cell-based assays using primary human and mouse cells.

3.     Strong motivation with a dedicated work ethic. Excellent organizational, record keeping, communication skills.

4.     Good written and communication skills in English.
