DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES：

1. Proactively work with the Discovery team to collect all kinds project information timely, including progress, timeline, human resource, spending and issues. (40%)

2. Assist to manage Discovery projects, including portfolio, non-portfolio, external collaborative, and platform projects, preliminary analyze and summary project FTEs and Cost. (30%)

3. Organize Project Meetings, prepare meeting agenda, meeting minutes and follow through action items. (30%)

4. Assist Project Leaders to manage and backup all related project documentation in Discovery Stage. (10%)

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS：

1.   Education background in chemistry, biology, pharmaceutical or relevant majors

2.   Degree of Master with 1-2 years pharmaceutical industrial working experience is preferable, or a Degree of Bachelor with at least 3-5 years of industrial working experience

3.   Good project management, time management, and multitasking skills

4.   Good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese

5.   Good computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft offices

6.   Experience of leading drug discovery projects is a plus

7.   PMP certification will be preferred

8.   Strong aspiration for drug discovery work, diligent, self-motivated, independent, strong sense of responsibility

9.   Good interpersonal skills for building relationships across functions internally and externally. Effective collaboration with colleagues and partners
