工作范围：

Scope of the position : follow up , clarify and define all the technical aspect of design of the EPC project . Link the customer technical need and clarification to the company and coordinate internal technical team to achieve the design completion. Main Job Description :

-Completes engineering projects by organizing and controlling project elements. 通过组织和控制项目元素完成工程项目。

-collect , clarify and organize the answers from client , suppliers or technical team . 收集、整理来自客户、供应商或技术团队的答案。

-Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management. 通过评审项目建议书和计划，并与管理层讨论，制定项目目标。

-Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors. -通过确定项目的阶段和要素，分配人员到阶段和要素，以及审查承包商的投标来确定项目的责任。

-Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards. 通过研究产品设计、客户需求和性能标准来确定项目规格。

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: 教育、经验和许可要求:

Engineering degree or superior, process engineer background工程或以上学历，工艺工程师背景

10+ years of project experience working in the Environment / fine chemical/ pharmaceutical project industry, international engineering companies; 10年以上在环境/精细化工/制药项目行业、国际工程公司的项目经验;

Experienced in projects with large facilities construction sites in chemical industry有化工行业大型设施建设项目施工经验

Proficient with MS Office Suite of tools, exposure to schedule software熟练使用MS Office办公软件，熟悉进度表软件

Fluent English language, strong communication skills英语流利，沟通能力强

Work experience with international project and mangement experience with Foreign client will be preferred有国际项目工作经验和国外客户管理经验者优先

Able to work under pressure能够在压力下工作

HEPT公司在中国的***个项目，是为吴江太湖工业废弃物处理有限公司设计并建造的，一个处理能力为30000吨/年的危险废弃物焚危险废弃物焚烧处理厂。
 
依据欧盟标准和技术进行设计，同时参照HERA集团多年丰富的设计、建造和运营经验，该厂将成为中国***的，同样也是技术最先进和运行最稳重的危险废弃物处理厂之一。
 
对于危险废弃物的处理，将从进入回转窖（瑞士公司设计）之前的废弃物准备、检查和兼容性考察等方面开始；焚烧生成的产物将在烟气净化系统（意大利公司设计）中得到处理，经过净化后的烟气能达到欧盟2000排放准备。
 
高温烟气的热量回收，将通过一个非常特殊的锅炉（意大利公司设计）得以实现。它能够***限度的进行能量回收，产生高温蒸汽，供给附近工厂作为其生产能源。
