This role will lead strategy and execution of our evolving Agile business and technology consulting practice, driving business growth, and assuring alignment with CPrime (www.cprime.com, an ALTEN Group company).

    

Key Responsibilities:

    

• Leads overall strategic planning for the Agile transformation consulting practice in China
• Sets market strategy, organizes the full portfolio (eg, consulting, systems integration, training, etc.) of the practice
• Drives Client strategy, business development and account management, overall management of agile transformation engagements
• Builds and executes hiring plan for consultants; builds training strategy
• Support Recruitment in hiring appropriate technical talent to staff our projects/programs effectively and efficiently. Leverage your technical leadership to inspire ambitious young embedded SW Engineers to deliver their best and continuously improve
• Collaborate and build strong working relationships with other ALTEN China practice groups, and establish an extensive network of practitioners and influencers in the Agile transformation space in China

    

Key Qualifications:

    

• 8+ years management experience in strategy and project delivery of consulting services with a focus on Agile Transformation and Agile Coaching. Prior P&L management experience a plus
• Strong leadership skills, able to demonstrate your ability to combine your passion for business development and Agile.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong business acumen. Able to work independently but also highly collaboratively
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English required
