Responsibilities:

·         As part of Tech team Manhattan WMS support, You will be on point resource for any problem from operation that are raised by product support team or operation team with regards to WMS

·         Investigate and perform root cause analysis for the problems / issues in WMS

·         Need to work with our Hardware and infra team and provide clarification and answer questions

·         Collaborate with WMS productions support team on demand basis

·         Consult with business, operation and lean team and collect requirements and communicate with Global team, who maintains the system and support global execute the system changes

·         Provide project or specific business initiatives/innovation support from Tech team. Convey the requirement in a clear and concise manner to global team and work with them on need basis.

·         Understand local business and perform detail analysis based on data analytics and provide proactive suggestions and improvement

·         Perform regular maintenance tasks on WMS application and identify issues proactively either operation related or configuration related

 

Skill set:

·         Must have college degree education 

·         Must have desire to learn new business knowledge and good attitude to serve our operation team, lean team, business partners and customers

·         Able to work with warehouse operation and identify problem and bottlenecks and provide solutions

·         Have business requirement gathering and good people handling skills

·         Good speaking and writing skills in English and Mandarin

·         Required to have functional knowledge in logistics and specifically warehouse operations and transportation

·         Minimum 3 years of development or support or BSA or consulting experience in WMS application systems, preferably in Manhattan system

·         If work experience is in Manhattan, must need to know Manhattan framework, overall system architecture design, and configuration

·         Should have hands on experience with WMS support applications such as MHE / WCS systems, conveyor and how they interface with WMS application system.

·         Well versed with database and SQL Queries, especially ORACLE DB.

·         Advantage to have knowledge in UNIX/LINUX operation system, Shell scripts and hands on command line

·         Must know Microsoft office suits such as power point, word, excel and Visio.

·         Added advantage in knowing scrum development and planning
