Scope, objective and relevance of position:

This position holds the responsibility of implementing finance related policies for VCIC/VCRA/VGIC/MA;

This position holds the responsibility of benefit, reimbursement and tax accounting for VCIC/VCRA/MA;

This position holds the responsibility of corporate card management for VCIC/VCRA/MA.

This position holds the responsibility of NEO training for VCIC/VCRA/MA employees.

Key Tasks:

Benefit, reimbursement and tax accounting:

• Ensure company policies are followed;

• Identify potential corruption/conflicts of interests risks;

• Follow up with Risks/Compliance/Internal Audit findings;

• Check tax calculation;

• Responsible for benefit, reimbursement and tax accounting.

Business Travel, Fixed Asset and Avoiding Conflicts of Interests and Corruption Polies:

• Advance the policies with situations and the VW Group requirements;

• Align with Policy Steering Committee and VGIC/Audi China;

• Responsible to explain the policies;

• Improve IT systems to strengthen internal control.

Payable Accounting:

• Responsible for checking fapiao and approval authorization for each payment request;

• Responsible for booking expenses accurately and strictly follow the internal policy and general principles of accounting;

• Responsible for payable balances review and inspect open item monthly;

• Review payable accounts, ensure timely payment to Vendors;

• Responsible for booking expenses for related company;

Corporate Card Guideline / Accounting:

• Draft company guideline;

• Advance the policies with situations and the VW Group requirements;

• Responsible to explain the guidelines;

• Responsible for corporate card accounting;

• Alert potential corruption / conflict of interest risks.

NEO training

• Make sure new employees understand the financial payment process and finance relatedpolicies.

Qualification and skills:

• University graduate;

• 5+ years professional accounting and tax experiences with MNC finance division;

• Certified Accountant, CICPA is a plus;

• Good command of English/German;

• Strong communication skills

• Good analytical skills

• Reliable, Good team work spirit

• Sense in keeping confidentiality

• Able to work under pressures

• Quick learner
