Position: Accounting Assistant

Scope, objective and relevance of position:

This position ensures the VCIC/MA payments accurately and timely.

This position ensures the liquidity transfer between the accounts of VCIC timely and accurately.

This position ensures the deals with banks for all the term and call deposits of VCIC timely and accurately.

This position ensures the bank reconciliations for VCIC/VCRA/MA timely and accurately.

This position ensures the remittance of overseas payments compliance with the foreign exchange laws/regulations.

Maintain internal signature authorization list, tokens and other cards

Key Tasks:

Domestic Payment

• Check payment documents;

• Prepare payment proposal;

• Send payment notice to staff and vendors;

Overseas payments

• Check payment documents;

• Prepare supporting documents for overseas payments, make sure full compliance with the foreign exchange laws/regulations.

Execute the capital injection

• Prepare capital injection documents;

• Execute entrustment loan between VCIC and other group companies;

• Calculate and review the principal & interest of the VCIC financial product

• Supervise the repayment of the P & I for VCIC.

Back up to RTC back office – Operation Release 2, Main Tasks:

Review the RTC order, deal ticket and confirmation, sign on the confirmation after checking; send the confirmation to the request Group Company and related bank; Receive the feedback of related bank and file all the documents (paper and electro-version) for RTC.

RTC Cash management.

RTC Cash Management (Part time), Main Tasks:

• Observe the actual bank accounts statements, including Liquidity and term deposit. Optimize the liquidity planning for all bank account: reduce the current account liquidity to maximize the interest and keep enough liquidity for the daily payment. Forecast the expected incomings and outgoings.

Maintenance of Internal signature samples, tokens and other cards

• Collect signature samples according to the monthly updated internal signature authorization list;

• Reconcile latest E-bank token user accounts with banks quarterly and apply or delete tokens according to the function change of users

Bank accounts reconciliation

• Reconcile SAP records and bank records;

• Follow up with unreconciled items;

Current Accounts Reconciliation

• Reconcile current account balance with VWAG & Correlated companies;

• Follow up with unreconciled items;

Qualification and skills:

• University graduate;

• 2+ years professional accounting and tax experiences with MNC finance division;

• Good command of English/German;

• Strong communication skills

• Good analytical skills

• Reliable, Good team work spirit

• Sense in keeping confidentiality

• Able to work under pressures

• Quick learner
