- For existing client 针对现有客户  Supports the operational team in developing the client specific solution introducing the service by providing technical support and demonstrate expertise. 支持营运团队完成客户相关的解决方案，介绍品牌，提供技术意见以及给予专业支持。

 If the contextualized service isn't compliant with the Service standard (M3) he/she will work with the service Food platform team to adjust the service. 在品牌实施过程中发现品牌相关要求不能被完全满足时，和餐饮平台其他团队一起讨论并达成 一致。 

Support in defining the deployment plan and budget. 支持界定品牌实施计划以及预算。 - For new client  针对新的客户 

Support in defining the deployment plan and budget 支持界定品牌实施计划和预算的制定 

Any service adaptation will be managed directly by the service deployment team 任何品牌应用上的调整都将直接由品牌实施团队决定  

Client Relationship & Consumer Experience 客户关系管理以及消费者用户体验 

- The client relationship management is the responsibility of the Segment (BD, transition manager or operations) 客户关系管理和维护的职责是由事业部负责（销售，项目启动经理或者营运）。

 - Provide technical expertise, support presentation preparation and assist meetings when required. 提供技术支持，支持品牌相关讲义的准备以及有必要的话协助会议的准备。

- Responsible for creating the conditions to deliver the service experience. 负责创造相关的环境/设施条件来确保品牌整体体验的实现。

 - Coordinate all internal and external resources required to support the implementation of the service. 协调所有内部和外部的资源来支持品牌的实施。 

Measure and control the delivery of the expected outcome in terms of client and consumer value creation. 衡量和控制品牌实施的结果，包括是否有给客户和销售这带来品牌承诺的价值。 

Service Deployment 品牌实施 - Planning & Pre-mobilization 计划和项目预启动  

Coordinate the different resources required to conduct the due diligence and oversee site visit 协调其他需要的资源，完成尽职调查以及现场勘察 

Prepare the gap analysis based on the input of the different experts (engineering, culinary, SCM and IT)  基于其他专家给予的意见和建议准备差距分析（工程部，菜单专家，采购和 IT 等）

 Develop the detailed technical solution enabling to deploy the service keeping its integrity whilst adapting to the specific context 完成能够有助于品牌实施的详细的技术解决方案，保持满足品牌的要求同时适应具体分店的情 况 

Define/review action plan, required resources and the cost for deploying the service 界定/回顾行动计划，实施品牌需要的资源以及成本 

 For new sales, review proposal, assess potential gaps and define corrective actions with related experts 对于全新的项目，回顾销售的最终方案，评估潜在的差距以及和各方专家一起制定相应的改善 计划。 -
