Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, provide sales support, and advance brand building.

Responsibilities & Duties

Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
Formulate and implement the go-to-market (GTM) plans in China, and report the activities & progress to GM of China and the leaders of partner team and marketing team in APAC and HQ Germany
Externally working closely with SAP on to design 3 win-win SNP-SAP GTM product solutions based on the analysis of customer / market demands, while internally working with product and technical team in China to complete design of SNP product offerings and collaboration model for partners.
· It is critical that the incumbent must be able to Drive Lead generation activities for SNP China.

Create and manage marketing templates & presentations & maintain marketing collaterals.
Organize events, speeches as and when required.
Manage to design and public marketing material, homepages.
Creation of customer presentation and documents.
Support Business Development Director on setting marketing plan and ensure realization of targets.
Coordinate with media channels and outside resources.
Keep good relations with local government and business partners for company.
Provide complete and thorough information about h:c products & services.
Invite target customers to involve in the marketing activities via phone or teams.
Pre-sales presentation & documents, i.g. company presentation template
Able to build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
Market through various channels and segment databases working with large data sets
Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors as required.
Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic.
Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channel

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a min of 5-8 years’ experience in marketing. Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business.
Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
Exposure to digital and direct response marketing
Preferably possess experience with SAP products
Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages
Strong project management and collaboration skills
Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
Ability to travel as necessary
Good communicator. Must be able to speak and write English.
