Duties & Responsibilities:

- Support Sales by assembling quotations, Proposals, Solutions and others

- Trace and follow feedback of quotations closely.

- Negotiation of service contract with credit or non-credit customers.

- Proposals to management for complaint.

- Planning of actions by prioritizing urgent RFQ tasks and important needs.

- Assembles customer’s profile by compiling, consolidating, formatting and summarizing information, graphs and presentations.

- Work under systemic rule by updating quote database and inputting inquiry sheet in order and correctly.

- Bid for tender by collecting pricing and service schedules by verifying freight rates, local charges and other assessorial fees.

- Analyze and/or determines selling rate of new and existing customers by checking customer’s previous performance, utilizing tariff, email or other tools as needed.

- Through system report to stress customer retention over any spot customer.

- Interactive with senior management to resolve pricing concerns or issues, which need dedicated pricing assistance.

- Support quote & offer solutions within 24hours for ordinary requests.

- Perform other duties or tasks in particular as required.

Qualifications and skills:

- Minimum 2-year experience in internal freight forwarding, logistics, shipping or related trading industry of beverage & foodstuff.

- Skilled in office software.

- CET 4 or above, or other parallel level certificate.

- Command of English in both written and oral.

- Knowledge about beer, wine, spirit and other foodstuff, will be a plus.

- Able to work under pressure.

- Good in teamwork and coordination.
