Job Function
Primary point of communication for testers.
Coordinates team of testers and activities across all modules.
Provide training and assistance to testers to ensure they are following testing and defect reporting processes.
Coordinate assignments for testers and ensure that testers understand and are following the QRD QA process.
Ensures their team is active and meeting at least once a week to contribute to the testing effort, or testing independently if permitted.
Acts as first line of support for testing using QRD QA process, including entering and closing issues and working with test cases.
Works with the technical Leads to ensure test cases and scenarios are assigned and being tested and that testers understand their assignment.
Manage the Jira (defect tracking) database for all testing phases (update, follow-up and escalate overdue issues).
Work with the QA Lead to improve QRD's quality assurance capabilities and improve testing processes.

Responsibilities

Skills/Experience
Good knowledge and backround on mobile phone hardware validation test.
Familiar with EDA tools such as PADS and Candence Allegro.
Familiar with usage of wireless insturment such as CMU200, Agilent 8960 or Anritsu 8820, Oscilloscope.
Familiar with requirement and test procedure for mobile E&E. SI.Acoustic.
Experience of Qualcomm chipset product test is preferred.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Chinese and English.
- Minimum 5 yrs experience on mobile phone device HW test

Education Requirements
BS, major in EE preferred.
