参与品牌长期战略规划，主要负责整体线下推广，包含零售市场活动，产品市场推广，公关媒体，展会活动等。

1. 零售门店活动策划推广和执行，和商场沟通协作沟通市场活动方案，保持良好关系；

2. 产品市场分析，产品上市推广;

3. 公关活动，拓展媒体合作关系，通过公关活动和形象传播，提高品牌市场占有率；

4. 品牌推广活动，在目标客户群中建立品牌知名度和美誉度。建立并维护与媒体、消费者等公众的良好关系，树立准确的品牌形象。

5. 组织收集和分析市场信息，消费者需求洞察、竞品分析等；

6. 建立CRM / VIP管理体系，策划及组织VIP活动；

7. 团队及跨部门沟通协作。

岗位要求：

1. 广告公关公司，或零售行业背景；

2. 相关市场工作经验3年及以上；

3. 丰富的媒体关系和资源，良好的内容创意，文案写作能力；

4. 优秀的学习能力，沟通谈判能力，团队合作和解决问题的能力；

5. 对护肤品行业有兴趣和了解；

6. 广告，公关，市场相关专业优先，本科及以上学历。
