Responsibilities:

Support HR initiatives including recruiting, internal communication and training to ensure labor resource preparation for Xi’an temp factory. And coordinate with HR SSC and local FESCO to ensure HR systems run well and HR deliveries comply with local laws and practice.

• Act as local window to coordinate recruiting arrangement and provide assist to line managers.
• Assist HR manager to set up internal communication system in Xi’an temp plant, organize local activities to promote employee moral and cultivate good company culture.
• Assist HR manager to set up HR policy for Xi’an temp plant and optimize C&B items according to local market, and act as consultant to employees and line managers.
• Assist HR manager to set up training plan and responsible for training plan implementation and ensure training effectiveness to meet business requirement.
• Make HR Report for Xi’an temp plant if necessary
• Assist related HR projects delivery in Xi’an temp factory

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree
• Over 2 years of experience in HR relevant area, in multi-company preferred.
• Fluent in English both verbal and writing.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong logic thinking and good at planning and execution
• Very skillful in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point, etc.
