Mission:

2. Support to internal operation to ensure material supply

4. Purchasing related action initiation and implementation, such as QVE project, business concentration, etc.

5. Vendor/Commodity policy implementation

6. Purchasing productivity realization

Responsibilities:

1. Supplier performance management

Organize supply chain and supplier quality team to improve supplier performance

Top 5 supplier performance review

2. AOC Purchasing database management

Material Purchasing Database maintain and report

Supplier Database maintain and report

Supplier annual contract management

3. Deployment of SPS in purchasing function

Follow SPS requirement to improve supplier side action;

Track Supplier quality team and upstream flow action

4. Supplier leader

As supplier leader to coach the related supplier to improve performance;

Annual contract renew; Take the initiative or by working with commodity managers to implement vendor/commodity policies

5. Implementer for purchasing project

Define the scope and schedule for purchasing project, including: QVE, business concentration, delivery lead time reduction ,etc.

6. Material cost management

Vendor's price/quotation management. Continuously drive on cost reduction by proactive negotiation/vendor's

process improvement/QVE project

Requirements:

1. Sourcing experience in manufacturing environment

2. Bachelor degree or above

It focus on manufacturing, assembling electrical equipments and parts, and provides assembling, testing, repairing, technical consulting, training services on self-manufactured products.
