Job Description:
Role (purpose of job)
Establishing, supporting and maintaining excellent relationship with dealer network, developing financial business with minimal risk loss, keeping close monitoring of local market and feedback to management team.
Key Responsibility
· 评估客户财务状况,核实其他客户信息,协助客户为其设备融资办理信用申请 To evaluate financial statements, verify other customer information and recommend retail credit application requests for equipment financing;
· 确保经销商的人员理解沃尔沃金融的合同文本,遵守公司的信用政策及流程,确保销售增长的同时使风险损失最小化且并保证公司利益最大化 To ensure that dealer personnel understand VFS contract documentation and ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures as well as grow retail finance portfolio with minimal risk of loss and maximizing profit;
· 促进金融产品的市场销售,向经销商推广新的市场活动或金融产品 To market and promote use of sales finance products and counsels dealers on new marketing and/or product programs
· 发展及维护与经销商、业务部门销售经理及其他相关人员的关系 To develop and maintain business relationships with Dealers, BA's Area Sales Managers and others;
· 协助收款工作 To assist in collection activities;
· 及时了解金融行业政策法规、趋势及竞争对手状况,向公司管理层提供合理化建议 To keep abreast of credit and finance industry regulations, requirements and trends, competitor activities; communicates pertinent information to management team.
Main Competence Requirements
· 诚信敬业 Professional integrity;
· 本科以上学历 Must have a Bachelor's degree or above;
· 扎实地财务知识并了解当地商业环境 A solid understanding of financial statements and local business environment;
· 中英文口语书写流利 Must be proficient in English and Chinese;
· 3年以上销售或银行工作经验 3+ years of working experience in either a sales or banking environment;
· 对销售工作有热情 Enthusiasm in and devotion to sales profession;
· 良好的人际沟通技巧 Good interpersonal communication skills;
· 对数字敏感,敏锐应对环境的变化 Sensitive to figures and acumen in ever-changing environment;
· 适应频繁出差 A frequent business traveller;
· 能够平衡好家庭与工作 Be able to keep balance between family and business;
· 良好的商业写作技巧 Be adept at business writing;
· 本地市民优先 A local resident is a plus;
· 金融背景优先考虑 Finance background is preferred
