The IP Engineer provides subject matter expertise and works with a R&D team of Biopharmaceutical to ensure Fluotek continue to patent application & maintenance, patent search & analysis.

Responsibilities:

Patent application and maintenance:

• Understand the technology and methods in R&D projects, communicate with R&D personnel, and find out patentable points;
• Responsible for mining the company's innovative technological achievements, and deploying patent maintenance and management;
• According to the project development progress, reasonably arrange the patent application plan, do a good job in the patent strategy layout and intellectual property protection;
• Draft patent application documents or technical submissions to complete the patent application;
• Response tracking of patent reexamination, invalidation, litigation, etc.;
• Monitoring of patent applications, patent early warning, etc.;

Patent search and analysis:

• Complete patent search and analysis reports, including validity, infringement analysis, technical trends of the competitive industry, and industry technology development trends;
• Responsible for the management and development of the patent investigation and analysis module, and carry out project feasibility, infringement analysis, patentability analysis, IP due diligence and other investigation and analysis;
• Conduct a comprehensive/key patent analysis of the company's R&D projects, including patent mining, feasibility, effectiveness, infringement analysis, technology trends in competitive industries, and industry technology development trends;
• Participate in internal intellectual property training and publicity within the enterprise to enhance patent awareness;

Requirements:

1. Master's degree or above, with professional background in biology and law;
2. CET-6, proficient in reading and translating English patent documents;
3. At least 3 years of working experience in patent application, with a patent agent qualification certificate.

作为专利工程师，您主要负责生物方向的专利申请工作，与公司生物制药研发团队配合，负责专利的申请与维护、专利的检索与分析等任务。

岗位职责：

专利申请与维护：

1. 理解公司当前项目中涉及到的技术和方法，与研发人员沟通分析，找出可专利点；
2. 负责挖掘公司创新技术成果，布局专利维护管理；
3. 根据项目开发进度，合理安排专利申请计划，做好专利战略布局和知识产权的保护；
4. 撰写专利申请文件或技术交底书，沟通答复专利审查意见，完成专利申请；
5. 专利复审、无效、诉讼等应答跟踪；
6. 已申请专利的监视，专利预警等；

专利检索与分析：

1. 完成专利检索及分析报告。包括有效性、侵权分析、竞争行业的技术动态及行业技术发展趋势；
2. 负责专利调查与分析模块的管理与发展，开展项目可行性、侵权分析、专利性分析、IP尽职调查及其它调查分析，能对申请文件提出专业意见；
3. 对公司的研发项目进行全面/重点地专利分析，包括专利挖掘、可行性、有效性、侵权分析、竞争行业的技术动态及行业技术发展趋势；

参与知识产权的制度建设及执行，企业内部知识产权培训与宣传，提升专利意识；

任职要求：

1. 硕士及以上学历，拥有生物和法律相关专业背景；
2. 较好的英语水平，熟练阅读和翻译英文专利文献；
3. 3年以上专利申请工作经验，持有专利代理人资格证书。

1. 海外留学经历者；
2. 国际专利申请经验者；
