岗位职责

根据公司方针以及针对OEM实施的不同政策，日常驻店，培训店内SA/销售人员轮胎专业知识，轮胎点检，以及销售技巧，传授备货经验。

？ 送仓销量跟踪：物流配送OEM仓库的规格，实际店铺的订货、销售情况，销量考核

？ 直送销量跟踪：配送4S店的规格，实际店铺的订货、销售情况，销量考核

？ 新店开发数量：季度别新店（OEM渠道订货开发）开发店数

？ 店铺活跃率：季度别所管辖店铺订货活跃率（订单数考核）

？ 培训场次：培训店铺数量，人数

？ 如有需要，参加地区会议和特别项目。

？ 如有需要，准备按要求和需求提交报告。

岗位要求

？ 本科及以上学历，2年以上汽车后市场行业产品销售工作经验，熟悉轿车轮胎为佳。

？ 具有汽车零部件产品销售的相关知识，精通OFFICE办公软件（Excel/PowerPoint)。

？ 具有团队协作能力、执行力、沟通能力，能够协助上级领导进行相关项目的推进，

？ 诚信，尊重他人，坚持不懈并对成功有渴望。

？ 英语良好
