职位描述
The primary responsibility of this role is managing North China territory, for existing accounts as well as to further develop new accounts and new application within this region.
Responsibility
· Understanding & keeping track of changing customer needs and business environments to ensure our products & service to fulfill the key OEM’s demands;
· Developing strategic alliance with key OEMs. Develop, update and implement the customer plan covering products, services packages, contracts, prices, credit terms and credit limits for key customers;
· Planning, monitoring and achieving individual sales targets and be accountable for the overall customer performance. [e.g. sales volume, products MIX, margin, growth, sophisticated and tailor-made CVP (Customer Value Proposition)];
· Having an in depth knowledge of the key competitors in the industry of tire of business and to understand their strengths and weaknesses thereby exploiting opportunities arising from these;
· Developing new opportunities with prospective customers to acquire new business independently;
· Negotiating & preparing sound contracts with target customers, explicitly managing liability and all other contractual issues.
· Participate in Region conferences, and special projects, where required.
· Prepare and submit reporting requirements and needs when required.
Requirements
· University degree or above with minimum 5 years' experience in sales/managing direct key account with Business to Business (B2B) customers, experience of tire business is preferred;
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
· Strong ability in building and maintaining long term relationship with key customers;
· Possess drive, self-motivated and high on achievement; result-oriented,
· Able to work under pressure, and a good team player;
· Able to communicate in English (It is a MUST, both written and oral).
· High level of integrity, respect for others, persistence, and passion for success.
