Position：Property Consultant, Tenant Representation, Office Services
Responsibilities
- Create and develop new office leasing business opportunities
- Complete leasing and sales transactions efficiently and professionally
- Respond to all enquiries in a professional manner, including submitting listings and providing market advice
- Arrange and accompany clients on property inspections
- Update and increase database contacts and input related information of properties and tenants onto the client contacts management systemWorking with the department manager to maintain and keep up to date the filing system for all work in the Shanghai office

Requirements
- At least 2 years' relevant working experience
- Proficient in both Chinese and English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Well-organised and detail orientated
- Responsible, lots of initiative, mature, and self-motivated with excellent service attitude
