职位描述

岗位职责:

1、基于信息化战略规划,主导技术平台建设,支撑各领域业务系统建设;

2、对技术平台产品负责,协调技术平台建设各协作方,推进技术团队完成技术平台产品技术方案和计划的落地实施,确保技术平台产品的开发进度和质量,保证技术平台产品功能顺利发布上线,并对业务系统建设提供支持;

3、负责通用基础平台、大数据系统、流程引擎、认证系统、数据建模等核心模块的建设;

4、依据项目建设内容,对各项目公共性需求进行抽象、沉淀,转化形成架构公共资产,助力开发效率的提升,并对技术开发人员进行支持和培训;

5、分析技术平台使用情况,及时发现并处理上线及运营过程中各类问题;与开发团队协同推进技术平台的完善工作,推动技术平台持续迭代,提升业务系统开发效率;

6、负责对各领域业务系统开发过程技术审查,确保各业务系统遵从技术平台的要求,促进技术平台可持续发展。


资历要求:

1、本科及以上学历,计算机、软件等相关专业;

2、8年以上工作经验,具备一定的架构能力,有分布式(后端)系统的设计开发经验;

3、编程基本功扎实,精通Java前后端、移动应用(前端)、工作流引擎、数据平台等开发、熟练应用常见的设计模式;

4、精通Spring相关框架,大数据框架,熟悉主流应用服务器,熟悉容器化编程、云原生架构及开发;

5、精通主流数据库、缓存、消息队列相关技术和使用,如oracle、mysql、redis、Kafka、Zookeeper等;

6、精通大数据框架存储及计算,如Hadoop、Hive、HBase、Spark等

7、熟悉Java主流开源技术,主导过低代码开发、PaaS平台产品开发者优先;

9。具备较好的平台产品规划设计能力,具备一定的平台产品运营思路。
