VERITAS Customer Support and Technology Solutions (CSTS).

The CSTS team are critical to Veritas’ success. This group engages with the customer from the first contact of discussing how Veritas can support the key business challenges through to implementation of the solution to supporting the technical teams internally.

The CSTS organization works collaboratively to maintain a winning, ambitious and putting the customer first culture and the Leadership team lead by example, inspiring and motivating all. We are focused on building solutions offering true value to the customers by offering world class enablement programs for Sales, Pre Sales, Customer Services, Consultants and Technical Support as we firmly believe that our talent is key to our success.

 

Responsibilities工作职责

 

• Responsible for the design, development and implementation of complete software components.

• Develop the feature to meet the customer requirement with high quality.

• Research, troubleshoot and solve complex customer software field issues under tight schedule.

• Identify and suggest solutions to problems of significant scope.

• Communicate and collaborate among cross-functional teams in a multinational environment.

• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments under minimal supervision.

 

 

 Qualifications任职要求

 

• A fast learner and self-starter with intellectual horsepower

• Willingness to take ownership and challenges

• Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Good understanding of LAN/WAN architectures, networking protocols, and performance characterization

• Understanding of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and backup methodologies

• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, AIX, HP-UX and Solaris operating system platforms.

• Ability to present a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Ability to relate to a wide range of technical staff and managers in customer environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Have the ability to handle project management responsibilities for implementation of company related solutions assigned by the manager.

• Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required
